3-羥基吡啶-2-甲酸是一種有機化合物,化學式為C6H5NO3,它可通過3-氨基吡啶-2-甲酸的重氮化反應製得,它在214~215 °C分解。[1]它和金屬鹽反應,可以得到相應的配合物。[2][3]它和甲醇硫酸存在下回流反應,可以得到3-羥基吡啶-2-甲酸甲酯。[4]
