瘤胃菌科(学名:Ruminococcaceae)是梭菌纲梭菌目的一科细菌。本科的类群皆为专性厌氧菌,形状各异,有些呈杆状,有些则为球菌。[2]
瘤胃菌科中,普拉梭菌是人类肠道菌群中丰富的共生细菌。另外许多瘤胃球菌属的细菌也会出现在人类肠道中。[3]
