甲基二苯基膦是一種有機化合物，化學式為C₁₃H₁₃P。它可由甲基溴化鎂和二苯基氯化膦在乙醚中反應製得。^[2]甲基二苯基氧化膦被苯矽烷還原，也能得到甲基二苯基膦。^[3]它和硫或硒反應，可以得到相應的硫化膦或硒化膦。^[4]它和氯化鎳反應，得到配合物二氯化二(甲基二苯基膦)合鎳。^[5]
