Chester Township is one of the thirteen townships of Clinton County, 俄亥俄州, 美國. As of the 2010 census the population was 1,967.[3]

[編輯]Located in the northwest corner of the county, 與以下鎮區接壤：
- Caesarscreek Township, Greene County - 北east
- Liberty Township - 東
- Union Township - 東南
- Adams Township - 南
- Massie Township, Warren County - 南west
- Wayne Township, Warren County - 西
- Spring Valley Township, Greene County - 北west
Caesar Creek State Park is partially located in Chester Township.
No municipalities are located in Chester Township.
New Burlington is a ghost town contained in the township.
Transportation
[編輯]Major roads are Interstate 71 and State Routes 73 and 380.
Name and history
[編輯]Chester Township was organized in 1810.[4]
It is one of five Chester Townships statewide.[5]
政府
[編輯]鎮區有3人組成的理事會管理。理事會理事選舉在奇數年11月舉行，並在來年1月1日開始四年任期。兩名理事的選舉在總統選舉後一年舉行，另一名的選舉在總統選舉前一年舉行。鎮區財務官亦由選舉產生[6]，與一名鎮區理事選舉同時舉行，不過在來年4月1日才開始四年任期。若財務官或理事職位有空缺，將由剩餘理事填補。
