歷史
[編輯]2013年，Mathis Büchi、Lino Teuterberg和Manuel Stofer等人在韓國居住期間創立Smallpdf。這個想法來自於他們的家人需要通過電子郵件來發送和壓縮大文件。[4]
Smallpdf推出之初具有獨立的PDF壓縮工具。[5]此後該網站又推出了超過16種PDF工具來讓用戶轉換、壓縮和編輯PDF文檔。[6]截至2019 年，每月約有2500萬用戶使用 Smallpdf。[7]
2018年11月，Smallpdf與Dropbox集成，Dropbox擴展將加入Smallpdf，Dropbox用戶可以在Dropbox內通過Smallpdf編輯PDF。[8]
