6-氯菸鹼是一種有機化合物,化學式為C10H13ClN2。它可由菸鹼過氧化氫氧化,得N-氧化菸鹼,加入三氯氧磷後反應製得,副產物2-氯菸鹼可以通過加入二異丙胺抑制產生(<1%)。[2]菸鹼在−78 °C和正丁基鋰反應,再和六氯乙烷反應也可以得到6-氯菸鹼。[3]它和正丁醇碳酸銫催化劑的存在下於甲苯中反應,可以得到6-丁氧基菸鹼。[4]
