賈克·呂西安·莫諾(Jacques Lucien Monod,1910年2月9日—1976年5月31日)是一位法國生物學家,出生於巴黎,他與方斯華·賈克柏共同發現了蛋白質在轉錄作用中所扮演的調節角色,也就是後來著名的乳糖操縱子,兩人因此與安德列·利沃夫共同獲得了1965年的諾貝爾生理學或醫學獎[1][2][3][4][5][6]。
此外,他曾預測在基因訊息與蛋白質產物之間,具有mRNA分子作為中介者,此理論後來獲得證實。莫諾同時也是一位科學哲學作家與音樂家。
