肌球蛋白輕鏈激酶（英語：Myosin light-chain kinase，MYLK 或 MLCK）是一類絲氨酸/蘇氨酸特異性蛋白激酶，通過磷酸化來調節II型肌球蛋白的輕鏈[3]。
