露丝·克柏森·萨缪尔森（英语：Ruth Culbertson Samuelson；1959年11月4日—2017年1月23日[2]），是美国的共和党政治人物，前北卡罗来纳州众议院议员。
生平
[编辑]萨缪尔森于北卡罗来纳州夏洛特出生，长大在北卡罗来纳大学教堂山分校毕业。2000年起，她是梅克伦堡县委员会第五选区委员；直到2004年她转战单一选区委员会议席，惟在紧凑的竞选中败选[3]。
2006年11月，萨缪尔森以共和党党籍身份接替连任五届的州众议员埃德·麦克马汉出选北卡罗来纳州众议院，并以67%选票击败民主党的宝拉·麦克斯温（Paula McSwain）当选第一百零四选区议员[4]，任职自2007年至2015年[5][6]。
2013年10月15日，她宣布不会寻求第五个任期，也将会在2014年大选后离职[7]。到2016年6月，萨缪尔森被诊断患有卵巢癌[8]，下半年，她在家中接受临终关怀[9]，到2017年1月23日逝世，享年53岁[8]。在梅克伦堡县的一条远足径以萨缪尔森的名字命名以纪念她[9]。
