云南闭壳龟（学名：Cuora yunnanensis）是一种地龟科动物。牠们可能是中国云南的特有种，但怀疑于21世纪初(约2000年至2003年)已经灭绝。曾有标本于1940年采集得来[2][3][4]但是，该标本的可信性却备受质疑，主要是因为在当时的中国常有这种造假以求高价的现象，也有指这其实是一个混种。[1]2007年突破性地发现三个标本，并经过基因证明后都是云南闭壳龟，而非混种。[5]2000年评核的IUCN红色名录一度把它列为已灭绝物种，2009年更新为极危。牠们的分布仍然不明，现正有多种保育措施实施来保护牠们免受真正灭绝的威胁。
种加词 yunnanensis 意为“云南的”。
