长颈海豹 (学名：Phoca mutica)是海豹属的假定物种，1681年尼希米·格鲁根据一张由皇家学会收藏的来源不明的毛皮描述。[3]
1751年詹姆斯·帕森斯绘制了该标本的插图，[4] 1792年罗伯特‧克尔将其命名为Phoca mutica。[1] 1800年乔治·肖提出了异名Phoca longicollis。[2] 此后模式标本遗失，因此该物种的存在仍未得到证实。[5][6]
