里察·亚克力斯（Richard Lambert Thomas Arkless，1975年7月7日—）是苏格兰民族党的一位政治人物。他在2015年英国大选中当选邓弗里斯和加洛韦选区的英国下议院议员[1][2][3]。他出生在斯特兰拉尔，毕业于格拉斯哥加里东大学和斯克莱德大学，在2007年当选苏格兰议会议员。
