凯伦·麦克道格（英语：Karen McDougal，1971年3月23日—）或译麦克道戈，是一位美国模特和女演员。麦克道格原先在前幼稚园工作，后来因为赢得了一场泳装竞赛而开启模特生涯。后来以担任《花花公子》1997年12月月度玩伴女郎和1998年年度玩伴女郎而出名。[1][3] 2001年，《花花公子》的读者投票将其选为“1990年代第2性感的玩伴女郎”。[4] 自在《花花公子》成名之后，开始踏足演艺界。
2016年11月《华尔街日报》报道称特朗普与她在2006年至2007年间发生婚外情，二人关系持续时间约十个月。[5][6]
