简·斯里格利·莫顿（英语：Jane Srygley Mouton，1930年4月15日—1987年12月7日）是美国管理学理论学家。1964年，莫顿与罗伯特·罗杰斯·布莱克一起创有管理方格理论，并著有《管理方格》一书，该理论模型试图从关系和领导风格的角度来概念化管理。
