默罕默德·本·易卜拉欣·阿爾·穆塔瓦（Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Mutawa，1947年9月—），是一名巴林政治人物，擔任巴林內閣多個部門部長。

生平[編輯]

1947年，穆塔瓦出生[1]，並在亞歷山大大學獲得哲學、心理學和社會科學學位[2]。

1972年，穆塔瓦開始領導青年運動，並參與社會事務[1]。1974年，進入總理辦公室工作[2]。1977年，他被任命為總理辦公室執行主任，並供職至1993年[2]。1993年至2005年期間，他擔任內閣事務部長[2]。1995年6月26日至2001年，擔任信息部長[2][3]。在2001年，他擔任總理事務部長[1]。2002年至2006年，擔任內閣事務部長[1]。

2005年，穆塔瓦被任命為內閣文化事務顧問[2]。2009年，他被巴林政府推舉擔任海灣阿拉伯國家合作委員會秘書長[4]；但是該議案遭到卡塔爾政府的反對[5][6]。因此巴林政府改為推舉阿卜杜拉蒂夫·本·拉希德·扎亞尼擔任海灣阿拉伯國家合作委員會秘書長[7]。

2010年後，穆塔瓦被任命為內政部長[8][9]。
