聚氨丙基雙胍（英語：Polyaminopropyl biguanide，PAPB）是一種高分子聚合物，其結構單元包含兩個胍基和三個亞甲基，為聚己雙胍的同系物。PAPB具有一些抗菌活性，但抗菌效果遠低於聚己雙胍^[1]。2024年3月，歐盟不再批准聚氨丙基雙胍作為生物活性基材使用^[2]。

名字爭議

在某些領域，特別是化妝品領域，聚氨丙基雙胍（PAPB）容易與聚己雙胍（PHMB）混淆^[3] ^[4]。
