白腰金絲燕（學名：Aerodramus spodiopygius）是金絲燕屬的一種鳥類。
白腰金絲燕在美屬薩摩亞、斐濟、新喀里多尼亞、巴布亞新畿內亞、薩摩亞、所羅門群島、湯加和瓦努阿圖均有分佈。分佈於澳洲的金絲燕此前曾被歸入此物種，但現在已被分為獨立的澳洲金絲燕（Aerodramus terraereginae）種。
白腰金絲燕的自然棲息地為亞熱帶或熱帶濕潤的低地森林、山地森林和岩石區。
