兄弟領袖和革命導師

大阿拉伯利比亞人民社會主義民眾國兄弟領袖和革命導師（阿拉伯語：الأخ القائد ومرشد الثورة الجماهرية العربية الليبية الشعبية الإشتراكية العظمى‎），1986年以前稱阿拉伯利比亞人民社會主義民眾國兄弟領袖和革命導師，是前利比亞最高領導人穆阿邁爾·卡扎菲於1979年—2011年持有的頭銜。卡扎菲聲稱自己只是國家官方治理結構（英語：General People's Committee）的象徵性人物。然而，批評者長期以來將他稱為獨裁者，指責他的職位是事實上的政治職務，儘管當時的利比亞官方否認他擁有任何權力^[1]^[2]^[3]。
