鱗梯形蛤（學名：Orthoyoldia lepidula），是雙殼綱的一種，舊屬彎錦蛤目彎錦蛤科Yoldia屬及梯形蛤屬，今屬Orthoyoldia屬[1][2][3]。曾在香港海域發現[4]。
