酸感應離子信道2 (ASIC2)也稱為 氫離子敏感陽離子頻道1、神經元 (ACCN1)或 大腦鈉通道1 (BNaC1)是一個 蛋白質 ,在人類中的編碼的ASIC2 基因. ASIC2基因是五個 旁系同源 基因編碼蛋白質,形成三聚 酸感應離子頻道 (Asic)在哺乳動物。[6] CDNA的這種基因第一個克隆在1996年。[7][8][9][10] ASIC基因可以通過不同的拼接形成不同類型的蛋白質變體。
這些基因主要是在中央和周圍神經系統。
結構和功能
[編輯]這個基因編碼的成員ASIC家族的蛋白質。[13] 其中有許多氨基酸殘留與保守的間隔。 TM的區域一般都是象徵作為TM1(克隆N端)和TM2(靠近C端).
孔道通過離子選擇性地流動,從外面到細胞質形成由三TM2地區的三聚體。[6]
