血檢項目參考值範圍(英語:Reference ranges for blood tests),指的是醫療保健專家從血液樣品中選取的一組用來描述醫療檢驗結果的正常參考值。
血液檢驗的測量值在臨床中意義非常重要,人們通過對體液進行分析來尋找屬於病理學中的病理改變來作為是否患病的參考,屬於對臨床化學[註 1]領域中的研究。
