蒼白桿菌屬（學名：Ochrobactrum）為根瘤菌目布魯氏菌科的一屬好氧或兼性厭氧發酵型革蘭氏陰性桿菌。此屬的模式種為人蒼白桿菌(Ochrobactrum anthropi)。
