國際數理統計學會 （英語：Institute of Mathematical Statistics）是一個國際性的學會，旨在致力於發展，傳播和應用統計學和概率。
歷史
[編輯]1935年國際數理統計學會由美國數學家哈里·卡弗和亨利·路易斯·里茨作為兩位主要支持者創建。2005年學會啟動和伯努利數理統計與概率學會以及國際統計學會聯合會員項目。該學會目前大約有4000名全球各地會員。
