亞美尼亞脆餅

拉瓦什[9]亞美尼亞語լավաշ波斯語نان لواش‎)又稱亞美尼亞薄餅亞美尼亞脆餅,是南高加索西亞裏海周邊地區的亞美尼亞阿塞拜疆伊朗土耳其境內常見的一種麵餅[10][11] ,在古代,亞美尼亞脆餅主要饢坑中烘烤。現在也有人在中製作亞美尼亞脆餅[12][13][14][15]。2014年,亞美尼亞脆餅被列入聯合國教科文組織非物質文化遺產名錄和優秀保護實踐名冊 [16]
