大學獎學金服務檔案
大學獎學金服務檔案（英語：College Scholarship Service Profile, CSS Profile），又譯財政援助申請表，是由美國大學理事會創建並維護的在線申請系統，允許即將入學和在校的大學生申請非聯邦財政援助。其主要用於讓大學理事會成員機構全面地了解學生的家庭和財務狀況，以幫助這些機構評估學生是否有資格符合獲得資助[1]。
目前，CSS Profile被美國大約400所高等院校及獎學金項目用於確定學生的財政援助資格[2]。
