史蒂夫·史考特·哈维尔（英语：Steven Scott Harwell，1967年1月9日—2023年9月4日）是一名美国男歌手。从1994年摇滚乐队破嘴合唱团成立到2021年退休，哈维尔一直担任该乐队的主唱和主音[1][2][3][4]。在离开乐队之前，他和贝斯手保罗·德·莱斯勒是乐队仅有的两名固定成员。哈维尔于2023年死于急性肝衰竭。

1994年，格雷格·坎普与哈维尔、凯文·科尔曼（Kevin Coleman）和保罗·德·莱斯勒组建了破嘴合唱团。哈维尔曾是F.O.S.乐队的饶舌歌手[5]。他们最初因1997年的歌曲〈Walkin' on the Sun（英语：Walkin' on the Sun）〉而获得成功[6]。2006 年，哈维尔成为VH1真人实境节目《超现实生活（英语：The Surreal Life）》第六季的主要演员[7]。他还出现在其他电视节目和广播节目中，并在2001年电影《疯狂世界（英语：Rat Race (film)）》中客串演出。他最著名的歌曲是〈All Star（英语：All Star (song)）〉[8]。

哈维尔曾与酗酒作斗争[15]。2013年，哈维尔因多年酗酒被诊断出患有心肌病和韦尼克脑病（英语：Wernicke encephalopathy），这两种疾病会导致心力衰竭，影响语言和记忆等运动功能。2017年，哈维尔因心肌病入院，导致一场演出取消[16]。哈维尔暗示，他退休是因为这些问题妨碍了他的工作能力[17]。2023年9月3日，哈维尔的代表报告说，他因慢性肝功能衰竭晚期而接受临终关怀，“只剩几天可活”[18][19]。隔天，哈维尔在爱达荷州博伊西的家中去世，享年56岁[20]。乐队经理罗伯特·海斯（Robert Hayes）在悼念时说：“史蒂夫过著百分百全速前进的生活。在燃烧殆尽之前，他在整个宇宙中燃烧著明亮的光芒。”[21]
