伊利沙伯女王音乐厅（Queen Elizabeth Hall，QEH），或译伊利沙伯女王大厅，是一座位于英格兰伦敦南岸的音乐厅，主要演出交响乐、爵士乐、前卫音乐、舞蹈等表演。伊利沙伯女王大厅是南岸中心的一部分，靠近皇家节日大厅和海沃德美术馆，与普赛尔屋在一栋建筑中。伊利沙伯女王大厅客人容纳超过900人观众[1]。
