亚洲奥林匹克理事会（英语：Olympic Council of Asia，缩写OCA），简称亚洲奥会或亚奥理事会，是国际奥委会授权，管理亚洲地区的奥运会、洲际赛事和国际体育赛事，并负责亚洲地区奥运的发展和将其精神发扬光大的机构，还负责解决亚洲国家、地区之间或与其他非亚洲国家、地区之间发生的体育纠纷。

亚洲奥林匹克理事会的宗旨是：促进亚洲体育运动的发展。亚奥理事会现拥有45个成员，其主办的最大活动是每4年一届的亚洲运动会。为了提高亚洲人的体育水平及提供更多的较量机会，亚奥理事会除设立亚洲室内运动会，亦设立了亚洲冬季运动会、亚洲青年运动会和亚洲沙滩运动会，使区内有更丰富的体育交流活动。

历史

亚洲奥会的前身为1949年2月13日在印度新德里成立的亚洲业馀体育联合会，后来更名为亚洲运动会联合会（英语：Asian Games Federation），总部设在科威特。1981年11月26日和1982年11月16日，亚洲运动会联合会先后举行两次会议，决定将亚洲运动会联合会改名为亚洲奥林匹克理事会。

会徽

第一代会徽采用至2006年亚洲运动会。会徽中间的太阳代表亚洲运动的发展及推广。上面是奥运五环，而在下面写上亚奥理事会的格言“Ever Onward”（永远向前）；而在会徽下面则写上“Olympic Council of Asia”的字样。

第二代会徽2006年12月2日在多哈亚运会举行期间公布[1]。新会徽中央是一轮太阳，太阳上面盘绕亚洲的龙和隼。来源自东亚和东南亚的龙，象征好运、富足、成功、力量、勇气、高贵、全面和活力；分布在喜马拉雅山脉以及南亚、中亚和西亚的隼，象征精准、优雅、坚强、忠诚、远见、速度、健壮和忍耐。标志体现了亚奥理事会的人格：一位“充满活力和挑战的人”；一位“爱好世界和平的公民”和一位“富有激情的冠军”[2]。而在会徽的下面有国际奥委会的会徽及“Olympic Council of Asia”的字样。新的会徽即日开始使用，但首次使用新会徽的运动会是2007年亚洲室内运动会[3]。12月底，在亚洲奥会的官方网页上已经逐步更换新的会徽。
