性的力学

人类性行为的力学(mechanics of human sexuality)或性的力学(mechanics of sex),更正式的名称为人类性行为的生物力学(biomechanics of human sexuality),是研究人类性行为有关的力学。研究主题包括阴道组织强度的生物力学研究[1]以及男性勃起的生物力学[2]。一些特别环境下性行为的力学,例如外太空零重力下的性行为也是研究主题之一[3]。
研究人员曾经研究过在插入式性行为中的男性及女性生殖器官,在1992年时曾使用医学超声检查,1999年则是用核磁共振成像,描绘性行为时生殖器官的解剖构造,而且有图像描述男性及女性生殖器官配合的情形[4][5]。在利用核磁共振成像的研究中,研究者让接受研究的人员在核磁共振成像机器里面性交[5]。核磁共振成像的影像中,阴茎的形状类似回力镖,其中阴茎根的长度占三分之一,而阴道壁紧贴著阴茎[5][6]。此外,性交的核磁共振成像也指出性交时阴茎和阴道的运动,会刺激阴蒂内部的组织[7][8][9][10]。这些研究指出阴蒂的重要性,并且认为称为“G点”的组织可能真的存在,因为当女性感受到性刺激,进行阴道插入式性行为时,高度神经支配的阴蒂会紧密地拉到阴道的前壁[11]。
