施萨·卡萨迪（意大利语：Cesare Casadei；2003年1月10日—）是一名意大利职业足球运动员，司职中场，现时被英超俱乐部切尔西租借至英冠球队雷丁，并代表意大利U-21参加国际比赛。
俱乐部生涯

[编辑]卡萨迪于意大利爱美利亚-罗曼尼亚大区出生和成长，并于当地俱乐部A.S.D. Cervia 1920开始足球生涯，及后转投邻近俱乐部AC切塞纳[3][4][5]。2018年，AC切塞纳宣布破产后，卡萨迪转投国际米兰。卡萨迪于国际米兰的青训梯队拾级而上，只有17岁时便为俱乐部的U-19出赛[4]。
2021年10月，卡萨迪入选《卫报》的年度60位年轻球员名单[6][7]。2022年2月20日，卡萨迪首次被列入国际米兰的比赛名单，但并未上场[8]。卡萨迪于该赛季带领国际米兰U-19取得意大利甲组青年联赛冠军[4][9][10]。
切尔西
[编辑]2022年8月19日，切尔西宣布从国际米兰签入卡萨迪，合约为期六年[11]，转会费据报约1500万欧罗，另加500万奖金[10][11]，卡萨迪将先于切尔西的预备队出赛[12][13]。
租借雷丁
[编辑]2023年1月30日，切尔西宣布卡萨迪被租借到英冠俱乐部雷丁至季尾[14][15][16] 。卡萨迪于2月4日对阵沃特福德的英冠比赛中上演职业首秀[17]，及后于3月15日对阵布莱克本流浪者的2-1败仗中射入职业生涯第一个进球[18]。
国家队生涯
[编辑]2022年6月，卡萨迪入选意大利的欧洲U-19足球锦标赛参赛名单，意大利最终四强止步[20]。
2022年11月19日，卡萨迪在对阵德国U-21的友谊赛中首次代表意大利U-21出赛，并于一个月后入选由意大利国家队主教练罗伯托·曼奇尼带领的训练营[21]。

Style of play
[编辑]Rated as one of the most promising Italian talents of his generation, Casadei has been described as a well-rounded and modern midfielder, who excels both physically and technically.[3][6][7] He can play on both sides in a three, four or five-man midfield trio, but also as an attacking midfielder, or even in the holding role.[4][11] Mainly a right-footed player, he's still quite comfortable with his weaker foot, too.[7]
Despite being quite tall and having a slight valgus deformity, he is elegant and comfortable on the ball, whether he is passing it or carrying it, while also showing good pace and coordination.[6][7] Thanks to his off-the-ball movement, his intelligence and his abilities in shooting and heading, he can get himself many chances to score.[19][6][7] Defensively, he tends to dive into tackles and press the opponents, while also using his body to duel with opponents or defend the ball.[7]
Due to his skills, he has been compared to Massimo Ambrosini and Sergej Milinković-Savić,[11] although he cited Nicolò Barella, Marcelo Brozović, Radja Nainggolan, Javier Zanetti and Federico Valverde as sources of inspiration.[11][26]
