里弗·奥尼尔·瓦尔朗格（英语：River O'nell Wallang），印度前外交官，曾任印度驻赞比亚兼驻马拉维高级专员、印度驻塞舌尔高级专员等职务。
经历
[编辑]1977年，加入印度外事服务部。至1994年，曾在大马士革、萨那、马德里、利雅得的印度使团任职。1985年至1987年，在印度外交部处理阿拉伯国家事务部门任职。2001年至2003年，任南亚区域合作联盟联秘。[1]
1997年9月11日至2001年5月15日，任印度驻塞舌尔高级专员。[1][2][3]2003年至2005年担任印度驻日本大阪-神户总领事。[1][4][5]2005年10月27日至2008年6月30日，任印度驻赞比亚兼驻马拉维高级专员，[5][6][7]同时担任印度驻东部和南部非洲共同市场代表。[1]
2008年退休。后担任印度红十字会梅加拉亚邦分会主席，并积极参与各种宗教和社会组织的活动。[1]
