黑腹颌吻鳗（学名：Gnathophis melanocoelus），是辐鳍鱼纲鳗形目康吉鳗科颌吻鳗属的其中一种^[1]，由艾玛·斯坦尼斯拉夫娜·卡尔莫夫斯卡娅 (Emma Stanislavovna Karmovskaya) 和约翰·理查德·帕克斯顿 (John Richard Paxton) 在 2000 年描述^[2]，分布于东印度洋澳洲西澳大利亚州海域，深度可达156米，体长可达23.8公分，为底栖性鱼类，生活习性不明。
