异纹颌吻鳗（学名：Gnathophis heterolinea），是辐鳍鱼纲鳗形目康吉鳗科颌吻鳗属的其中一种[3]，由Adolf Kotthaus于1968年描述，最初属于Lemkea属[4]，分布于西印度洋肯亚蒙巴萨外海海域，深度177-243米，为底栖性鱼类，生活习性不明。
