格氏颌吻鳗（学名：Gnathophis grahami），是辐鳍鱼纲鳗形目康吉鳗科颌吻鳗属的其中一种[2]，艾玛·斯坦尼斯拉夫娜·卡莫夫斯卡娅 (Emma Stanislavovna Karmovskaya) 和约翰·理查德·帕克斯顿 (John Richard Paxton) 在 2000 年描述[3]，分布于西南太平洋澳洲新南威尔士省海域，深度50至530米，为底栖性鱼类，生活习性不明。
