爱丽丝·菲诺（法语：Alice Finot，1991年2月9日—）是一名法国女子田径运动员。她在罗马举行的2024年欧洲田径锦标赛中获得3000米障碍赛的金牌[2][3]。
2024年8月6日，菲诺在巴黎奥运会3000米障碍赛中打破欧洲纪录[4]。她的成绩是8分58秒67，排名第四[5]。
为了庆祝自己的奥运成就，菲诺向她的长期伴侣布鲁诺·马丁内斯·巴吉拉（Bruno Martínez Bargiela）求婚，胸针上写着“爱在巴黎”[6]。根据Connexion France的报导，菲诺告诉记者，她打算在以不到9分钟的时间完成障碍赛后求婚，9是她的“幸运数字”，也是她与巴吉拉相处的年数[7]。
