带纹颌吻鳗（学名：Gnathophis cinctus），是辐鳍鱼纲鳗形目康吉鳗科颌吻鳗属的其中一种[3]，由塞缪尔·加曼 (Samuel Garman)于1899年描述[4]，分布于东太平洋美国加利福尼亚州南部至秘鲁海域，深度9-366米，体长可达42公分，栖息在沙泥底质海域，为底栖性鱼类，会挖洞而居，属肉食性，以其他鳗鱼为食[5]，生活习性不明。
