大鼻颌吻鳗（学名：Gnathophis nasutus），是辐鳍鱼纲鳗形目康吉鳗科颌吻鳗属的其中一种[2]，由艾玛·斯坦尼斯拉夫娜·卡莫夫斯卡娅 (Emma Stanislavovna Karmovskaya)和约翰·理查德·帕克斯顿(John Richard Paxton)在2000年描述[3]，分布于东印度洋澳洲西澳大利亚州海域，深度80至140米，体长可达18.8公分，为底栖性鱼类，生活习性不明。
