唧筒座AG ,也称为HD 89353 HR 4049,是颗位于唧筒座的前渐近巨星分支恒星。一颗非常贫金属星[3],它被富含几种分子的一层厚厚联星拱星盘环绕着[4],视星等5.53等,在理想的条件下随时都可以用裸眼看见这颗恒星[5]。这颗恒星的距离大约是813秒差距(2,650光年)[5],已经被证实是联星 [6];然而,像许多单独的特殊恒星一样,这颗恒星有着独特的频谱。这颗恒星基于其巴耳末系的谱线,是颗蓝超巨星,实际上它是颗位于前渐近巨星分支阶段的老年低质量恒星[7]。这颗恒星正在进行激烈的质量损失[8],唯一改变的是在5.29和5.83星等间,以429天的周期改变光度[9]
