内基萨夜鹰（学名：Caprimulgus solala，台湾作奈吉沙夜鹰）是夜鹰目夜鹰科夜鹰属下的一种鸟类。[2]这个物种被认为是埃塞俄比亚的一个特有种，但其相关数据仅自一块自土中拾获的左翅得知，且至今仍未有任何有效的目击报告，因此曾被怀疑其有效性。目前该标本的发现地区内基萨国家公园因过度放牧、伐木、火灾等因素持续遭到破坏，因此内基萨夜鹰被国际鸟盟列为易危物种，且需要进一步的信息评估其确切状态。

内基萨国家公园

这个物种是英国鸟类学家罗杰·萨福德（德语：Roger Safford）等人根据在1990年9月时于埃塞俄比亚内基萨国家公园中，据一个自土路中所拾获的腐烂尸体，于1995年所描述的物种。[3]该尸体自土壤中取出时随即被风刮走其尾部羽毛，仅留下一片完整的翅膀。[3]当下发现时，萨福德等人并未有确认其正确身份，但随后在经自然史博物馆中的其他夜鹰标本比对之后，研究团队发现该翅膀上的淡白色斑块位置明显与任何已知的其他夜鹰有所不同，并因此发表成种。[3][4]

经发表后，随即有研究者发表文章质疑该分类单元的有效性，称他们未有考虑到夜鹰羽毛的个体变异性相当高，意即这可能仅为某种夜鹰的个体变异。[4]但遭原团队反驳斑块位置已经远超出与之最为相近纯色夜鹰（英语：Plain nightjar）的合理变异范围外，且资金更需要用在找寻活体而非基因分析上。[5][6]而至今多数主流鸟类名录认为此一物种的地位有效，是一个没有亚种的单型种。[2][7][8]

模式标本的内侧

根据该片左翅，这个物种获得了Caprimulgus solala的学名，其种加词solala来自拉丁语的solus（只有、唯一）及ala（翅膀），意为“只有一片翅膀”。[3][9][10]纪录中，该夜鹰为红棕色，尾端白色，推估体长有25厘米。[3][6]另一次找到但未有收集的尸体长相则类似于雌性的翎翅夜鹰。[6]这个主体为棕褐色的翅膀上，靠近肘关节处有一块明显的白色或浅黄色斑块，横跨四片初级飞羽内外侧。[11][6]除了知道拾获地点在一块海拔1200米处，完全无树的短草平原中之外，其他生态数据则完全不得而知。[11]

截自2024年仍未有内基萨夜鹰的确切活体报告出现，2007年约200小时的夜间调查内未能发现该物种。[6]但有目击报告声称在2009年4月时于内基萨平原（Nechisar plain）发现数只大型红棕色夜鹰个体，其尾巴为白色，翅膀上有明显的白色斑块，但未能留下足够清晰的照片辨别。[10][12]而2017年的再次调查仍然无法找到其活体标本。[12]

因其只有一片翅膀的标本，其种群状态并不得而知，被认为是内基萨平原的特有种。[12]但现在该平原正遭受家畜过度放牧、非法捕鱼、伐木以及火灾的威胁，因此在《国际自然保护联盟濒危物种红色名录》中，这个物种被列为易危物种。[1][12]
